Things to Focus On:1. Use descriptive titles that consider branding and shareablility. Write interesting title that attract customer to click on it.
2. Website Structure should be SEO Friendly. Use all the new markup (relauthor, schema.org) that is available to make your listings in the search in the search result stand out.
3. Use social media badges so users can share your website easily on social media sites like Facebook, Twitter, LinkeIn, Google+ etc.

14. Use of Meta Keywords has been useless for quite some time as Google does not use them. But still it is good practice to include for certain tools that use them.
15. Stop Including primary keyword in H1 tag and secondary keywords in H2, H3 tags. Fit them into these tags if it makes sense. Use additional words for context instead of putting keyword directly in these tags.
16. Keywords in the Alt tags of images. Use a descriptive Alt tag or none at all.
17. You don’t need to create Keyword-rich URLs. If your URL is a bunch of junky letters and numbers, this really doesn’t matter anymore.
18. Search engines don’t like cloaking. It may Ban your site from rankings.
19. Keyword stuffing manipulates sites ranking in Google search results. Using specific “density” of keywords has been useless now.
